Had an amazing time at Hakone Tent! The staff were so kind and helpful. The onsen was a real treat. The only downside was the futons, which were a bit too thin for my liking. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

With limited toilets and showers, we faced some serious waiting times when the place was crowded. Climbing multiple flights of steep steps to access facilities was definitely a hassle, particularly late at night. Food was pricey and not exactly impressive, lacking the quality you might expect for the cost.

Room cleanliness needs a serious upgrade!!! Dusty tatami floors and leaky plumbing took away from the experience. The location is convenient for transportation, but everything felt a bit rough around the edges!!!

The staff were INCREDIBLE! ! They even made a reservation for us at a restaurant, and I swear, the food was delightful. My boys couldn't get enough of the private onsen, they kept saying it was like being in a real-life adventure!

Onsen Guesthouse Hakone Tent was a highlight of our trip! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Gora station. The kitchen was super convenient for preparing meals.
